Cancellation Policy: Full refunds, minus a $100 administrative charge, will be given if a written cancellation is received by March 14, 2025. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to info@nvla.org or faxed to 414-359-1671. Substitutions for a registrant are allowable up until the first day of the conference. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Exceptions to the NVLA cancellation policy will be made for attendees who are not able to attend the NVLA Annual Meeting due to a documented medical reason accompanied by a doctor’s note, country travel ban, government-restricted travel, or airline restrictions. All cancellation requests for any of these reasons require documentation and approval of the NVLA Executive Director.
