NVLA Tax and Accounting Counsel Mike North will provide a comprehensive overview of tax and accounting issues impacting vehicle lessors.

 

Mike North is a Partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Audit and Assurance
Services Department. Mike supervises audits and reviews of financial
statements as well as the preparation of tax returns. Additionally, Mike
provides due diligence and transaction advisory services to private
equity and strategic clients. He is also involved in advising clients in
tax, accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal control matters.

He has over 17  years of experience in the automotive and subprime finance industries. Jonathan held roles in every department at ABCoA, where he learned each aspect of the company, the industry it promotes, and customers it serves. He is a licensed automobile dealer and frequent speaker at dealer compliance and technology conferences. Jonathan founded a scholarship that supports its recipients during all four years of undergraduate study, while providing mentorship for the ensuing world.  

 

Sammy Rabiei is the Product Manager, ABCoA, Inc.He ijoined ABCoA in 2005 and acts as Product Manager, a function designed to intersect business, technology, and user experience. Sammy is a graduate of the University of North Florida and is a double major in Finance and Accounting

10:30 a.m. Sales and Customer Service Program - Evan Polin

Evan Polin will discuss how to develop stronger relationships with your clients so that you can keep your clients paying and keep them longer and so that you can develop additional business. Provide your people with the skills and mindset to be more effective handling customers on a regular basis. Run through some challenges related to sales and customer service that you and your people may currently be facing.

 

Evan Polin, President, Sandler Training at The Training Resource Group, brings a wealth of training and coaching experience to the conference. He has spoken at national and regional conferences and has provided sales, management, and customer service programs across the country. Evan has just finished presenting a one-year sales training program through NVLA. Evan is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has earned a Masters Degree from The University of Pennsylvania. Evan and his partner Chuck are the authors of the book Selling Professional Services the Sandler Way: Nobody Ever Told Me I’d Have to Sell. Evan provides consulting, seminar, and corporate in-house training and coaching to growing companies and professional service firms seeking an increase in sales, profits and productivity. Evan also helps organizations evaluate and recruit a high level sales force and customer service team.
