The NVLA's governmental affairs program is supervised by Harvard and Georgetown law graduate Cary C. Boyden who is of counsel to Boyden, Cooluris, Livingston & Saxe, PC, Sacramento, California. Mr. Boyden is one of the country's most knowledgeable lease attorneys and a recipient of the Association's Samuel J. Lee Memorial Award for lifetime contributions to the leasing industry as a non-lessor. His guidance has aided the Association in earning the reputation as the leader in involvement on the state governmental level. Mr. Boyden is a frequent presenter for NVLA-sponsored educational programs, including the Annual Conference. Members also benefit from the ability to seek generic legal advice through Mr. Boyden.
